Amelia Lopez Roque, 67 years old, passed away March 18, 2024 in Omaha, Nebraska. She was born to Jose V. Lopez Cisneros and Macaria Lara Ibarra, November 13, 1956, in Hoya de Alvarez, Guanajuato, Mexico but was raised in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico. She married Jose Roque Bonilla on August 21, 1993, they were together for 39 years and they lived in California before relocating to Nebraska. Amelia is survived by eight children: Araceli Roque (Tony Evangelista), Estela Lopez (Miguel Arroyo), Angeliqa Lopez (Victor Sanchez), Irene Lopez (Juan Sanchez), Elizabeth Lopez (Ernesto Nieto), Stacy Lopez (Armando Hernandez) Maria Gonzalez (Sergio Gonzalez), and Ana Pozos Vidal (Adolfo Cebrera). She is also survived by Thirty-Eight grandchildren, Twenty- Two great-grandchildren, her siblings, and Fur-grandchildren (loved dearly). Amelia was a ray of sunshine she lived for her family, she was outspoken, funny, strong, loved music, and leaves behind great memories. Amelia was a very active healthy women up until she suffered a heart attack in April 2022. Amelia was granted the wish to have seen her sisters, daughters, and grand children before she unexpected passed away from heart failure on March 18, 2024. A Amelia se le concedió el deseo de haber visto a sus hermanas, hijas y nietos antes de que falleciera inesperadamente por insuficiencia cardíaca el 18 de marzo de 2024.
