Brenda Louise Ghant-Bonner

April 28, 1962 — January 4, 2018

Brenda Louise Ghant-Bonner was born on April 28, 1962 to Edna Bonner and Charles Ghant in Selma, Alabama in Dallas County. Brenda attended Tech High School. She received her GED in 1986 from Omaha Public Schools.

Brenda found Christ at an early age. Brenda attended Second Baptist Church and was a member of Voice of Hope Choir under the leadership of Reverend Herbert Stewart. She loved family and was crazy about her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was everyone's favorite aunt, cousin and friend. Brenda worked for Hickory Villa Nursing Home as a cook and aid. Brenda loved to help the sick and mend them back together. Brenda touched a lot of lives with always having a joke to tell. Everyone that crossed paths with her would express how she had the "Life of the Party" personality. Brenda had it all!

Brenda is preceded in death by her father, Charles Ghant; grandparents, Lilly Bell and Zackary Johnson; Grandmother, Bertha Ghant; Brother, Ernest Bonner; Uncles, Joe Bonner, Walter Ghant; Aunts, Pearl Bonner, Tanzy Thompson, Brenda Ghant and Lula May Ghant.

Brenda leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Edna Golden (NE); Fiance, William Morgan (NE); Son, Charles Bonner (NE); Daughters, Natasha Bonner (Thomas Dickerson), Gaberil Bonner (NE); Grandchildren, La'Tosha Bonner, Thomas Dickerson Jr., Thomisha Dickerson (NE), Armoni Bonner (WA); Great Grandchildren, Ca'Lazion Sanders, Zhila Davis, Aunaci Davis; Sisters, Carol Bonner (Michael Wingo) (NE), Lillie Bonner (Timothy White) (AL), Vicky Felder (MN), Bertha Jenkins, Jacqueline Sessions, Pamela Green, Lessita Graham, Sharon Tunstall (TX); Brother, Anthony Bonner (Marcel) (CO); Uncles, Nelson Hunter (NE), Randy Bonner (FL), John Henry Veil (PA); Aunts, Willie Mora (Bill), Ernestine Bonner, Antonett Bonner, Vicky Wilson, Yvonne Bonner (NE)
