"Our hearts are heavy this morning at New Visions, as yesterday we lost one of our long-time staff members and residents, Grumpy (Charles Dunn). Grumpy was our dock manager, can room organizer, and lawn-care specialist, along with countless other "duties" he took care of for us. But even more than his titles or what he did around campus over the years, Grumpy represented the heart and soul of New Visions and was truly the face of our organization to countless volunteers and guests who had the pleasure of working with him. Grumpy was also a proud Veteran, dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa, as well as being a role model and friend to all of us on staff at New Visions." -New Visions Homeless Shelter
