Charles Heckard

Charles A Heckard was born on January 14,1946 in Monroe, Louisiana to Mamie Heckard and Willia Heckard. Charles accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Locust Hill Baptist Church in Louisiana. As a young Man Charles was a hard worker he started his Journey in the Mechanic field which was where his heart was. At the age of 25 Charles moved to Omaha Ne, and started working at John Thompson Body Shop.

Within a few years of moving to Omaha Charles purchased his first Bodyshop which expanded to his own business Blue Lion Auto, (the best in the business). Charles would open up his business to all family and friends, he would grill and always have a game of dominos going on. In his spare time Charles loved taking fishing trips, making sure his Sundays were spent sitting by the lake with family and friends and good laughs. Charles was passionate at what he loved to do even battling with his health issues he still found time to get up under a hood or crack a good joke, he continued until he could no longer go on.
