Constance K Hagelstein

Constance Kay Hagelstein (Delgado), 59, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away January 5, 2021 after a month-long battle with COVID-19 surrounded by loved ones. She is survived by her children, Jennifer West, Rebecca West, Christopher West and Erin Guy, Kassandra and Justin Templeton; Grand Child, Caitlyn Kush; brothers, Robert Delgado, Vincent Delgado; sister, Nicole Delgado; Step-mother, Eva Delgado; and many many friends and loved ones. Constance is preceded in death by her mother Roberta Stromer, father Vincent (Benny) Delgado, sister Christine Nielsen, and three beautiful grandbabies.


Constance was born January 5, 1962 to Roberta Stromer and Vincent (Benny) Delgado. She was raised in Omaha, Nebraska where she attended Tech High School, Metro Community College, and UNO for a Bachelor's degree in accounting. She had many great loves in her life resulting in four beautiful children. Throughout her life she worked in accounting, church administrations, and hospitality but spent most of her life being a stay-at-home mother to her own children and many of the neighborhood kids as well. Constance loved to sing and played the guitar with a great passion. Her children and friends would often gather around her and watch her soul shine bright when she would play. Constance gave the best hugs, and would listen to anyone who needed a friend. Her smile could light up any room she walked in, and her laugh was contagious. She had the calmest soul and was a teacher of wisdom. She was an artist of many mediums and loved creating. Constance loved fiercely and was loved immensely by every one she touched.
