Denise M Pilcher

Denise Marie (Wichern) Pilcher was born on September 13, 1957 to Raymond and Shirley (Harding) Wichern in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. She was one of eight children.

Denise spent the first part of her life living in Minnesota and North Dakota, where she gave birth to four sons. She moved her family to Nebraska in the late 1980s, and lived in Nebraska and Iowa until her passing on April 9, 2024.

Denise was an avid reader, football fan, lover of country music and animals, especially dogs. She easily made friends wherever she went, and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, notably summer cookouts.

Denise is survived by four sons, Jeremy (Jennifer) Wichern and Joseph (Ashley) Styles, Omaha, Nebraska; Jason (Solita) Pilcher, Bellevue, Nebraska; Jamie Nordine, Jamestown, North Dakota; and her five grandchildren: Lily (12), Xavier (10), Xander (9), James (5), and Cameron (4).
