Diontay Lee Bronston of Omaha, Nebraska unexpectedly passed away March 2, 2025, in Oakland, Iowa at the age of 25. He was born January 17, 2000, in Omaha. Diontay is survived by his parents, John and Tammy Bronston of Omaha, brothers, Markal Hudson, Marquiz Ray of Omaha, Jason Bronston and sister Shauna Bronston, both of Omaha, and honorary sister Kristi Rayburn & brother-in-law Cliff Rayburn of Fargo, North Dakota, and a wide array of extended family and friends. Diontay is proceeded in death by his aunt Jennifer Davis, paternal grandparents John and Marion Bronston, and maternal grandparents George and Clara Blackerby.
Diontay loved playing video games and learning new things about computers and gaming consoles. He also had a passion for working on engines and rebuilding old cars and motorcycles. One of his favorite pastimes was racing cars, gaming, bonfires, swimming and riding bikes. He also loved building new projects he had designed. He had a passion for music and would easily get lost in a song that told a life story. Diontay was always trying to pull a prank on someone and loved getting one over on his dad as much as possible! He was always grinning and giggling with anticipation on the next prank to pull! Diontay had a smile that would light up a room and a laugh that no one could ignore. He had a heart of gold and would do anything to help anyone out. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and enjoyed the feeling of accomplishment in helping others. His personality and kindness will be missed by many.
