Affectionately known "Kasno" he could walk into the room and make everyone laugh. There wasn't a stranger that Tio didn't meet. He had a passionate love for animals as he owned serval different types of animals, but his favorite was his dog, Zepplin. Eltio went to Crestridge, Adams Elementary, Morton Middle, Northwest High School and graduated from Benson High School in 2018. Throughout his life, he made lifelong friends and relationships with any and everybody. Even though his life was tragically cut short. His life has and will always continue to impact the lives of the people that he was loved by. He cherished his family and enjoyed having family time. We were blessed to spend One Last Memory with Him, The greatest accomplishment that Tio had was becoming a father to a beautiful baby girl Kehlani who was born on November 8, 2021.
He is survived by his mother and father, Alicia and Eltio Sr; Step-dad, Gary Scott, Grandmothers, Lula Plater-Smith and Nancy White , Grandfathers, Gregory Smith, Samuel White, Larry Scott Aunts, Vanessa Scott, Angela Ector, Amanda Solomon, Ashley Solomon, Cynthia Mulliner, Talacia Johnson, Uncles, Jay Smith, Jordan Smith, his daughter and girlfriend: Kehlani Krajicek and Marissa Krajicek .; Sisters : Tiarra Plater, Jayda Plater, Miracle Plater, Erica Jefferson, brothers: Kane Plater, Justas Forcier, Xavier Plater, Daytric Green, and Davonte Westerfield, Karelle Leeper; nephews: Bryson and Kingston, nieces, Amiah and Kamiya; best friend/brother; Leon Stubblefield; Cousins, Jorden Dubas-Scott, Jalen Athey-Scott, other relatives, and friends. He was proceeded in death by his grandmother, Donna Mulliner and Uncle Gregory Smith and Jermaine Scott.
