Ensner E Rizana

WP Ensner Rizana was born on June 1st, 1956. He was the youngest among four siblings. He attended school in the Pingelap then to pics and later on attended school in the states. After returning from the states to Pohnper, he worked in communication, then later moved to Pingelap where he worked for the Pohnpei State Government as a Leprosy Rep, at the same time he worked for Pingelap Municipal Government for ten years. He also worked for Mental Health for 8 years. WP Ensner Rizana was survived by KP Lora Boaz Rizana whom she married on January 7, 1980. They both had ten children, five boys and 5 girls and a total of 26 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He then later became a wahnparon for UCCP for the mwoamwahd Soa en Pingelap and further to the state of Nebraska
