Faye Perry

Faye Eleanor Perry was born March 7, 1946 in Omaha, Nebraska. Her parents are Anthony Perry Sr. and Lucille Perry and to their union Faye was the first born of 13 siblings. Faye attended Lake Elementary, St. Benedict Elementary, Horace Mann Junior High, and Tech High. Faye continued her education at Metro Community College. Faye worked as a housekeeper at the Holiday Inn.

Faye excepted Christ in her adult life. To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under Heaven. Faye’s time and purpose on earth ended on Sunday, March 30, 2025. During Faye’s transition she was surrounded by family and friends. Faye enjoyed cooking her fish and frying chicken, mh mh good. Faye loved spoiling her grandbaby with singing and dancing. Not to mention dancing with her loving sister Margaret.

Faye is preceded in death by both parents Anthony Perry Sr. and Lucille Perry; sons Myron “Hamp” and Elijah Perry; granddaughter Na’Shay Perry and baby Koffi; great granddaughter Na’Ryiah Perry; sisters Delores Perry and LaVonn Scaife; brothers Anthony Jr., Ronald Sr., Conway Sr., Donald Sr. Perry; grandparents Nathaniel Perry, Jessie Mae Davis, Andrew Jackson, and Caroline Jackson; a special friend, the love of her life John Thomas and a host of family and friends.

Faye leaves to cherish her memories her children 1 son Kim Perry; four daughters Sylvia, Patricia, Lisa, and Felicia Perry all of Omaha, NE; two sisters Margaret Perry, Sandra; six brothers Nathaniel Perry Sr. (Felicia) Omaha, NE, Lawrence Perry Sr. (Sherry), Andrew Perry Sr., Kenneth Perry (Diane) of Omaha, NE, Dewayne Perry Sr.; 34 grandkids; 92 great grandkids; Godson Howard McDavid (Micki) of Omaha, NE; Goddaughter Debra McDavids; aunts Margaret Simpson of San Antonio TX, LaVonne Green of Los Angeles, CA, Rita Hampton of Portland OR; special friends Christine Richard-West and Marie Richards, and a host of many many family and friends.
