Frank was born to James Douglas Taylor and Magnolia Taylor on November 30, 1952 in Friendship, Tennessee. Frank departed this life on June 13, 2022 at his home in Omaha, NE.

Frank was preceded in death by both parents James and Magnolia Taylor; son Frank "Boo" Jr.; two brothers Willie Taylor and Isaiah Taylor; one uncle Frank Taylor; two aunts Rosie Lee Smith and Katherine Nesbitt; paternal grandparents James Taylor, John D and Henrietta Hallowell; maternal grandparents Tom and Elnora Frazier; two nephews Darrell Taylor Sr. and Jermaine Samuels.

Frank was baptized at an early age and accepted Christ as his personal Savior. Frank re-dedicated his life to Christ on May 27, 2022.

Frank grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and attended Kansas City Public Schools. Frank later earned an associate degree in Business Management. Frank worked as a manager/supervisor for several companies in Des Moines, Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska.

To know Frank was to love him. If you asked him for $1.00 he would give you $2.00. Frank was kind, generous, loving, ethical, respectful, tidy, mechanically inclined and full of pride and dignity. Frank loved listening to "old school" slow jams, singing and two-stepping. Frank married his high school sweetheart, Flora Rene Hickem and to this union two children were born, Shanell and Frank Jr. Several years later, he married Michelle Wyatt.

Frank leaves to cherish his memories two sisters Ruthye Taylor and Annette Smith; two brothers Dorsey Taylor Sr. and Reginald Taylor; three daughters Archelle Kimble, Terri Weaver, and Shanell Taylor; one son Miles Kellogg White; four stepchildren Tekwilla, Nasheaka, Joshua, and Lateya; 9 grandchildren Kanisha, NiKayla, Kyndall, Demerie, Marcell, Antwon, Keyona, Brian, and Brandon; 9 great-grandchildren Bryan Jr., Dallas, KaMyis, A'Milya, Miyonna, Trenton Jr., Anthony, Martell, Markell; a host of special nieces, special nephews, special cousins, and friends; companion Valarie Coleman; former spouse Flora Rene Hickem; and buddies Uncle James Earl and Bryan Crowley.
