Gaylene Ann Hansen

Gaylene A. Hansen passed away March 17, 2023 in Bellevue, Nebraska at the age of 72 years. She was born February 11, 1951 in Hood River, Oregon.

Gaylene was a teacher's aid for special needs kids at Omaha Northwest High School. She loved to help young kids strengthen their minds and be able to be as normal as possible. Gaylene was active in church and enjoyed outings with many church friends. Gaylene loved arts and crafts and puzzles. She made necklaces and bracelets for many people. She was a frequent bingo player and didn't miss a good card game. She loved her family and friends dearly, making sure those close to her knew how special they were to her and making their life a little brighter.

Gaylene is preceded in her parents, Gustav and Greta; and husband James Hansen, Sr.

She is survived by her children James Hansen, Jr., Peter Hansen, Christopher (Ann) Hansen, and Brian (Sarah) Hansen; and grandchildren Harry, Vance, Briana, and David.
