Deacon James E Cozart was born on June 20, 1933, Bellmonth, MS, the son of Sidney and Blanche (Willoughby) Cozart.
Deacon Cozart leaves to cherish his loving memory; his loving wife of 37 years Sandra. Two sisters, Lennie Farrington, Dexter Weddle. Daughters, Blanche (Erick) Borer, Kim (Michael) Harris, Cheryl Aldridge, Rannetta Parker, Empress Cozart. Four sons, Conroy (Kim), James Jr., Jerry, Randy Abram, his 6 granddaughters, Najuma Cozart-Scott, Mayu Cozart, Keysha Marion, Emma Marion, Earline Stewart, Timesha James-Tompkins, his 5 grandsons, Damen Stewart, Anthony Stewwart, Dion Cribbs Jr., Dijon Cribbs, Ganny Parker, his 12 great grandchildren, Olivia, Jhalin, Anthelesia, Monique, Brianna, Justin, Alysha, Lawerence Jr., MeKhyi, NeKaidyn and four 3rd generation grandchildren, L'travian, Myanna, Khalil, Mari'anna, one 4th generation grandson, Daichi, one 5th generation grandson - Santana. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife: Emma Louise Cozart and nine siblings - Sydney, Johnny, Preston, Landers, Sam, Robert, Millard, Ellen, Hellen. Two children, Wendy, Cornell.
