Janet Harbin

Janet Elaine Harbin (Littleton), 73, of Council Bluffs, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2025 at home, surrounded by her family, after suffering from a debilitating stroke.

Janet was born on September 27th 1951 in Red Oak, Iowa to parents Lee and Wanda Littleton. She graduated from Clarke County High School in Osceola in 1969 and went on to work as a hair dresser, then a waitress for many years. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, known for her kindness, humor and love of her family.

She is survived by her son Brad Harbin and daughter Stephanie Harbin, her grandchildren Trevor and Allison, and her brother Doug Littleton and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Shirley Billington.
