Joan Jackie Serrano

Joan Serrano, age 78, passed away in Omaha, Nebraska, on October 23, 2022. She was born January 9, 1944 to Norman and Ivy (Heathecote) Aukland in England. She loved everyone with her whole heart, especially her family, friends and her two cats.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Eileen Lake.

Joan is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Russ) Flock; grandchildren, Nikki (Toby) Graser, Jessica Flock, and Kelsey Flock; great grandchildren, Natalie, Preslie, McCoy, Knox, McKenzie, Alexander, Leland, and Brynlee.


A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at Good Shepherd Funeral Home's L Street Chapel.

The family requests memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital in honor of Joan.
