John Raymond Graham

John Raymond Graham was born on January 9th, 1953 to the union of Fred Sr. and Helen Graham. A proud father, son, and friend, gone too soon, John Graham, 68, of Omaha, passed away on August 2nd, 2021. He attended Omaha Public Schools and worked Security at Hilton Hotel for many years. Those who knew John Graham saw him as a man of being impressionable and compassionate; he was always able to be friendly and sociable with everyone he met. Always being uninhibited, he taught us how to be decisive and embrace who we are. John Graham came from a family of thirteen siblings and was blessed to start a family of his own. His beloved daughter Ditivia Loyd, grandchildren, and great-grandchild gave him joy. He loved them dearly, and always made sure that his family was appreciated and valued. John Graham will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Ditivia Loyd of Minneapolis, Minnesota; grandchildren, Marcus (Hannah) Taylor-Loyd of Nashville, Tennessee, Michelle Taylor-Loyd, Anesha Taylor-Loyd, Demarco Taylor-Loyd, and Jalen Taylor; great-grandchild, Malia Taylor-Loyd of Minneapolis, Minnesota; special friend, Carolyn Wrenn of Omaha, Nebraska; siblings, Larry (Katherine) Graham of Omaha, Nebraska, Fred Jr. (Stephanie) Graham of Brooklyn, New York, Dana Graham of Omaha, Nebraska, Pat Polk of Kankakee, Illinois, Rev. Brenda Hector of Denver, Colorado, Harriette (Leslie) Hoof of Little Rock, Arkansas, Cynthia (Tommy) Faulkner of Omaha, Nebraska, and Jenette Wilson of Omaha, Nebraska and numerous other family members and friends. John Raymond Graham was predeceased by his parents, Fred Sr. and Helen Graham; his siblings, Marvin Graham, Curtis Henry, Sylvester Graham, Corla Graham. There will be a viewing on Friday, August 13th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd. 3809 North 90th St. Omaha, Nebraska.
