Jolene Crayton Turner was born on April 14, 1942 to Gracie Lee Crayton and Lloyd Elmer Crayton in Mantachie, Mississippi. She lived in St. Louis, Missouri and Denver, Colorado. She then settled in Omaha, Nebraska, where she raised her five children.
On July 31, 2021 she was called home, Gracie Lee Crayton(mother), Lloyd Elmer Crayton(father), Robert Lee Turner (son), Hoyle W. Crayton(brother), W.C. (Doug) Crayton(brother), Tommy G. Crayton(brother), James H. Crayton(brother), Lerlean Crayton(sister), Mary J. Hill(sister), Martha S. Langford(sister) preceded her in death.
Jolene leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Tina Turner-Murray, her three sons John C. Turner(Texas), Lloyd A. Turner, Paul A. Turner of Omaha, Nebraska, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends and her dear friend Edna Griffith, of Omaha, Nebraska
