Joseph Leo Spracklin

Joseph Leo Spracklin passed away surrounded by his loved ones in the early morning hours of January 2, 2017. Joseph was born to John Edward Spracklin Sr. and Gilda G. Spracklin in Council Bluffs, Iowa on January 10, 1953.

He is survived by his four children, Sherie (Eric) Confere, Tony (Kym) Spracklin, Patricia Kerwin, and Timothy (Alicia) Spracklin; grandchildren Molly, Eric, Megan, Kyle, Carolyn, Timothy Jr., David, Bella, and Dakota; four great grandchildren Josiah, Jayce, Samuel, and Skylar. His siblings Jerome (Mary) Spracklin, Dennis (Merlinda) Spracklin, Mike (Christine) Spracklin, and Regina (Isreal) Valencia. As well as many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents John and Gilda Spracklin; siblings, James Spracklin, John E. Spracklin Jr., Gilda Roseann Townes, Daniel Spracklin, and David Spracklin.; and his significant other, Joyce Confere. Joseph retired as restaurant manager and chef.

His memorial service is being held at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 4425 S. 24th St., Omaha, NE, 68107 on January 6th, 2018 from 1p.m.- 3 p.m.
