Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lola Johnson.

She is survived by her siblings, Judy (Gary) Campisi, Cindy (Mark) Mongar, Geri McGill, and Robert (Tracie) Johnson; and 7 nieces; 2 nephews; her dog, Legend; and other family and friends.
