Kendan Gotto

Kendan William Gotto passed away June 16, 2024 in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 41 years. He was born June 19, 1982 in Omaha. 

Kendan had a heart of gold. He left a lasting impression on anyone that he met. He loved his music and was always ready for the party and to have a good time. He could run for miles and even trained for the Iron Man at one point in time in his life. Kendan loved hiking camping, and the outdoors. His special talent was that he could surely brighten your day and make you laugh - no doubt about it. His smile was infectious. 

Kendan had a strong faith and enjoyed attending Mass across the States as he traveled. He worked as a Site Supervisor for Crowning Touch Installations for the last 7 years, along with part-time work at Ecco Shoes, where he left behind so many special friends and colleagues. He was always there to help no matter who you were or what your situation was and gave the best hugs and was truly so special to so many. 

Kendan is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Gotto.

He is survived by his mother, Debra Gotto; son Wyatt Gotto; siblings Mike VanderWilt, Jeremy Gotto, and Sesha Gotto; nieces Jessie VanderWilt and Shayla Clark; nephews Jackson VanderWilt, Shayden Gotto, and Shaymar Clark; and uncles, aunts, and other family and friends.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE Friday, July 26, from 2-4pm at Good Shepherd Funeral Home - L Street Chapel. 

Following our celebration of life we will meet downtown to walk across the Bob Kerry Bridge if you would like to continue and join us you are all more than welcome Please dress as you would like but don't forget your walking shoes as well if you do intend to join us!!!
