KorVanta LaMont'e Hill was born in Omaha, NE on May 3, 2003. He was born to Jeffery Johnson and Earnestine Hill (Bruce McDougald Jr.). KorVanta has a host of brothers and sisters, Jeffery Johnson Jr., William Johnson, La'Toviana Johnson-McCarther, Keazia Johnson, Phenix Johnson, Alayzia McDougald, Alexcia McDougald, and Angel Hill. He is preceded in death by grandparents Alberta Davis (Elijah Davis), Quainta Burton (Tony Burton) and great grandparents Ethel Dean and James Saxton (Judy Saxton). Living grandmothers Hazel Mckinney and Florence Taylor.
KorVanta Hill attended Central Park Elementary, Morton Middle and Burke High School. KorVanta was very talented; one of his gifts was working with his hands, making crafts and playing the drums. He also loved playing basketball and dreamed of being the next NBA star after high schiil. He was a charmer with the ladies and had a smile that would light up a room. He was funny, a "go getter" and just knew how to get his way. He loved his family and always reached out to them. He used to sing a dance with his mother to make her happy.
KorVanta gave his life to the Lord at the age of 7 years old. He always wanted to be a preacher and loved working with the pastor in the church in his younger years of his life. KorVanta loved the Lord and never lost faith up until his final day. He took pride in helping his mother and siblings when needed. KorVanta will be forever in our hearts and will be greatly missed and loved.
