Lester Bell

Lester T. Bell, 65, passed away on January 24, 2024 in Omaha, Nebraska. He was born on July 24, 1958 in Omaha, Nebraska to Lester Everett Boone and Beverly Jean (Bell) Boone. Lester got his GED at Metropolitan Community College and then went into the US Army. HE then worked at Tyson Food until his health failed. 

Lester was a member of New Peace Ministries for a many years. He attended the Men’s Ministry where he rededicated his life back to God. Lester preached the word of God in church one Sunday and his family was so proud of him, he was amazing and Renee was the 1^st lady of the church that day, Amen!

Lester loves working with Sabrina, Edward, and Renee while they were cooking for different daycares. 

Renee and Lester were in the same kindergarten class and she loved him at the age of 5 years old. Lester was her first true love and they have a lifetime together.

Preceded in death by son Lester Tyrece Griggs and his father. 

He is survived by spouse Clettis Renee Walker-Bell; son Montice (Michaela) Griggs, Cleo Walker Sr. (Katerina); daughters Shintell (Orlando) Frazier and Jo Lavonne (Danielle) Walker; grandkids Tyrece, Teriyon, Trey, and Tyaire Griggs, Cleo Walker Jr. (Diamond), Caleal Walker (Dominique), Kylia Walker (Caperion), Kyia Walker (Jay), La Chai Walker (Dontino), Tranae Walker, Jayleen Walker, Raymeshia Parks, Teyla Wilson, DaVonn Browden, Daryl Chism Jr., and Trinity Chism; 19 great grandkids; mother Beverly Jean Boone; sisters Sabrina Mitchell (James) and Zena Boone; brothers Orlando Boone (Maria) and Reno Boone (LaRay).
