Marcus Fountain

A Time to be Born Marcus was born December 2, 1955 to Joyce and Calvin Fountain.

A Time to Grow Marcus attended Omaha Public Schools, Lothrop Elementary, Horace Mann Jr. High School, and North High School Marcus loved fishing, cooking, and spending time with family. He was employed at Greater Omaha Packing.

A time to worship Marcus was raised at Cleaves Temple A.M.E. church.

A time to transition Marcus was called home to eternal life on November 7, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father Calvin Fountain, grandparents Leroy and Callie Fountain, great grandparents William and Georgia Susie Walker.

A time to Mourn Marcus will forever remain in the hearts of his, children Tanya Stewart-Ford (Felton) Heartland, Tx, La Keisha Fountain-Coleman (Jerry), Omaha, NE De Edward Fountain and Jarvyce Fountain (Omaha, NE), 12 grandchildren, mother Joyce Fountain, Siblings sisters Carolyn Fountain and Helen Fountain-Savage (Levan) Omaha, NE brothers, Timothy Fountain, (Council Bluffs, IA) and Ralph Fountain (Omaha, NE) Special cousin Shawn Chatman and niece Kailani Fountain. A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
