Maryanne Shaffer

Maryanne Joan Shaffer passed away April 8, 2025 in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 99 years. She was born October 2, 1925 in Omaha.

Maryanne is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Edna Horton; husband Robert Shaffer; daughters Kathleen Howard, Nora Kugler, Elizabeth Manriquez, and Clarissa Burden; sons Michael Shaffer, Richard Paul Shaffer, Patrick Shaffer, and Peter Shaffer.

She is survived by her children Julie (Richard) Lee, Mary (Duane) Buttice, Robert (Susan) Shaffer, Kevin Shaffer, Danny (Cindy) Shaffer, John Shaffer, Antoinette (Joseph) DeSantiago, and Annette (Thomas) Dozier; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and other family.
