Otis Isaiah Rollins III, 26 years of age of Omaha, NE, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Otis was born on June 24, 1998 in Council Bluffs, IA.
Otis’s number one passion was wrestling alongside his brothers and friends. Otis had a profound passion for music, especially rap. He poured his heart and soul into his music, using it as a platform to express his emotions, experiences, and dreams. Otis’s warmth and enthusiasm made him a cherished presence in all that knew him.
Otis started his wrestling career with the Sherman Challengers. He was a four-time NSAA state placer and a three-time state finalist. Otis wrestled his freshman year at Omaha Burke High School before transferring to Omaha North High School for the remainder of his high school career. Following high school, Otis wrestled for Colby Community College in Colby, KS. Otis placed 4th and 7th place at JUCO Nationals.
Following college, Otis came back to Omaha and served as an assistant coach at Omaha Northwest.
Otis is survived by his mother: Kolina Rieper; father Otis Rollins Jr; siblings: Keiyana Rollins, James Burks, Jakason Burks, Taylor (Reed) Waller, and other family members.
