Paulette Alberta Ransom

Paulette Alberta Ransom, 76, of Salt Lake City, Utah left us surrounded by her family and friends on August 26, 2022. Paulette was born August 6, 1946, to parents Alberta & Willis Riley in Omaha, Nebraska. After attending Tech High School, she moved to Salt Lake City in 1976 where she found the career she loved, working as a CNA at Community Nursing Association. Paulette truly enjoyed sharing her baked goods with everyone and bringing laughter to their faces.
Paulette was preceded in death by her parents Alberta & Willis Riley and brothers Charles Riley, Ronald Riley, Lawrence Riley. She is survived by siblings; Lonette Bessey (Bert), Michelle Poe (Stanley) & Kevin Riley, children; Tarsha Watkins, Angelica Humphries (Jay), Marlon Xavier Ransom (Kim), grandchildren; Enish (Pooh Bear) Gills IV, Lejailla Ransom, Xavier Cotton (Amber), Xavier Ransom, J'Den Humphries and Ta'Kiyah Ransom, great grandchildren, nieces, and cousins.
A Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 8th from 6:00-8:00pm followed by a Service, September 9th at 11:00am at Good Shepherd Funeral Home - 90th Street Chapel, 3809 N 90th St, Omaha, NE 68134. The Service will be able to be viewed online as well. An Interment will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery 7602 Military Avenue, Omaha, NE 68134 at 1:00pm and a Repass to follow at Good Shepherd Funeral Home.
