He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Norma France; parents, Lester and Eileen France and granddaughter, Eliza Bakirane. Survived by his loving wife, LaDonna France; children, Alan France (Jun), Theresa Risley (Steve), Todd Borland (Ann), Gary Borland, Steve Borland (Maria); grandchildren, TJ Dineen (Sydney), Tyler Dineen (Mackenzie), Thomas Dineen (Sydney), Cynthia France, Justine Peters (Steve), Devin Borland, Courtney Zemunski (Daniel), Ramsey Borland (Dora), Reece Borland (Jeanette), Lily Borland, Gabby Otto (Ryan), Adele Bakirane, Isaac Bakirane, sister, Judy Kline (Ken) and a host of loving great grandchildren, other family and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday (10/25/2024) from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with Rosary Service at 7:00 PM at Good Shepherd Funeral Home - 3809 N 90th St, Omaha, NE 68134. Funeral Mass on Saturday (10/26/2024) at 10:30 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Catholic Church - 5419 N 114th St, Omaha, NE 68164 . Burial with military honors will be Monday (10/28/2024) at 10:00 AM at Omaha National Cemetery.
