He is survived by his daughters, Marcia Foye, Lena Foye and Aretha Pittman-Foye; siblings, Dennis Butch Foye, Sharleen Foye, James Foye and Steven Foye; former spouse, Elaine Derrick; 6 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Visitation is 3-5PM on Sunday October 29, 2017 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10AM on Monday October 30, 2017 at Salem Baptist Church 3131 Lake Street in Omaha. Interment is in the Omaha National Cemetery.
