Robert Steven Price Sr.

September 30, 1957 — September 4, 2021

PFC. Robert Steven Price Sr. was born to Darrell and Carolyn (Chichester) Price on September 30, 1957 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Robert passed at home on September 4, 2021 in Carter Lake, Iowa at the age of 63.

Robert graduated high school in Missouri Valley, Iowa in 1977. Then he went on to the Marine Corps: MOS 0331, machine gunner completed at infantry training school, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California on October 7, 1977. Robert was honorably discharged from the USMC.

Robert was a devoted son, loving father, and uncle. He was devoted to being there for his family in anyway he could. He was a giant child at heart. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for anyone around him. Especially the children in his life. At any given moment you could find him playing with one of his kids or his nieces or nephews. When he wasn't spending time with his family and friends, he was working on cars and bikes. He was one of the kindest souls to walk the earth.

Robert is preceded in death by parents Darrell and Carolyn (Chichester) Price; and brother Darrell Price.

He is survived by children Angel (Angel Castaneda) Horton, Robert Price, Steven Fitzsimmons, and Jonathon Greber; 12 grandchildren; siblings Ruthie (Donnie) Altstadt, Kenneth (Cheryl) Price, Michael Price, Clifford Price, Diane Price, and Kevin Price; and several nephews and extended family.
