Rodney was born in Detroit MI on January 16, 1960 to William and Jean Pelland

Rodney is survived by his mother Jean, his son Joshua, his grandson Cyrus, siblings Don, Cindy, Lindy (Robert) and many Aunts, Uncle's, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Rodney is preceded in death by his father William, niece Amber and niece Shannon

Rodney enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and gardening. His best friend and companion was his beloved horse for many years. Cherished and spoiled like a wildfire spirit, in God's most beautiful creations. Thick and thin.
