Ronald Montgomery

Ronald Montgomery was born on November 8, 1948, in Omaha, Nebraska to Luther Montgomery and Anne Montgomery. He graduated from Tech Highschool in 1967. He enlisted in the army and received an honorable discharge. He had a love of photography. Many would say, "Ron's around the corner with a camera in his hand!" Later in life he became one of Jehovah's Witnesses. His love for his God was reflected in his love of preaching the good news. In 1992 he married Nell Montgomery. Between the two they had a blended famiy of seven children.

He was preceded in death by his parents Luther Montgomery and Anne Montgomery-Wade; by his brother Sutan "Luther" Montgomery, Jr.; and his sisters Marva Caponetti and Vonzella Montgomery. He is survived by his wife Nell Montgomery, his son Ronald Montgomery Jr, his daughter Brooklynne Fuqua, and daughter Ashleigh Montgomery; sister Tara Wade; brothers Leon Montgomery-Wade, Donald Wade, Jr, and Raymond Wade; stepson Frank Qualls, Jr. Anthony Qualls, and Timothy Qualls; stepdaughter Rosalind Graham as well as a host of grandchildren, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

He had a special friendship with his cousins Herman "Cal" Franklin, Brenda Walker and Linda Walker.
