Sharone Morris-Taylor

September 3, 1958 — November 8, 2024

Family never says goodbye. Today we mourn and hope, believe and pray we will see you again in that great getting up morning. 

Sharone Ethala Ruth Morris was born to James A. Morris and Delois Morris on September 3rd, 1958 in Paris, Texas. 

The family moved to Omaha in the early sixties. 

Educated in the Omaha Public School Systems. Sharone graduated from Noth High School in 1976. Sharone attended Doane College in Crete, Nebraska briefly moving to Albuquerque, New Mexico where she worked and attended Vatterott College. Sharone then moved to St. Louis, Missouri where she was employed as a bookkeeper with Save-A-Lot grocery chain. 

Sharone later met and married her loving husband Rev. Tom Taylor where they enjoyed 12 years of happiness, there were no children added to this union. 

Sharone Morris-Taylor is proceeded in death by her loving husband (2002) her father James A. Morris; her loving grandparents Pastor Elder Eddie Beauford and wife Minnie of Paris, Texas and Joseph and Florence Morris; sister Deborah Greene; brother James E. Morris and his infant sons James and Jalen Morris. 

Sharone leaves to cherish her memory her loving mother Delois Morris; sisters Beverly (Fred) Falkner and Joycelyn Louis; brother Ralph Falkner; sister-in-law Cheryl (Humphries) Morris; goddaughter Destiny Stokes of St. Louis, a number of aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and a host of family and friends. 

Sharone I say rest in Peace for now you can say “I have fought a good fight, I have kept the faith.” 2 Timothy 4:7
