Stewart Edward Grimes Jr., was born February 21, 1958. Born to Lillie Marie Jones and Stewart Edward Grimes Sr., in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. Preceded in death by, father Stewart Edward Grimes Sr., mother Lillie Marie Grimes and sister Diane Taylor. Graduated from Technical High School class of '78 and went in the Army and re-assignment to the Army National Guards. Had an Honorary Discharge, was an E-4, Specialist 4.

Stewart was a Mason with a 32nd Degree, and member of the 3-5-7 Masonic Hall, Member of the Ebony Wheels Motor Cycle Club. Stewart was a veteran who had Decorated Medals, Badges, Commendations, Citations and Campaign Ribbons Awarded this period.

Leaves to mourn, sons, Zyeair Smith, Lavarius Tolen, and daughter Heavenly Wright, brothers David Grimes, Lester Grimes, Terry Grimes, Daniel Grimes and Troy Grimes, and sister Nickita Grimes, aunts, Mary Lemon of Omaha, NE and Venetta Benton of Brooklyn Park, MN, 8 grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
