Thomas Stewart

Thomas Harvey Stewart, age 76, passed away peacefully on December 31st at the Josie Harper Hospice house. He had been diagnosed with renal cancer in October of 2022. Tom was born in Marysville, Kansas on January 16th, 1948. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Linda Stewart, his two sons, Max and Andrew Stewart, his daughter Robin Klein, brothers Max Turnbull Jr, Ronald Turnbull, and his loyal dog, Harri. He is preceded in death by parents, Madelyn Turnbull, Paul Stewart and stepfather Max Turnbull, his brothers Chuck Stewart, Bill Stewart, Dave Stewart and Roger Turnbull. His life was spent as husband, father, independent truck driver, welder, and railroad industry consultant. In lieu of flowers, Tom’s favorite charity was St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. His funeral will be held on January 17th at St. Columbkille, the Catholic Church that he most recently attended. Services will be at 11:30 with a luncheon to follow.
